Remember! Your Exhibit Booth purchase includes an 8′ x 10′ booth with a 6′ draped table, two chairs, and a waste basket. Use the forms above to order electricity, telephone, internet, and AV equipment directly with the Hershey Lodge.

Shipping Labels to Arrive On-Site Hershey Lodge

For return packages: Please use Fedex or UPS preprinted return labels. Pack your materials at the end of the convention, place your preprinted labels on your materials leave all your materials in your booth. Hershey Expo will walk around at the end of the convention pick up your materials and take them to the daily UPS and Fedex pick up location at the Hershey Lodge.
