2018 Annual Conference

The PA Workforce Development Association’s Annual Employment, Training and Education Conference features informative speakers, more than 72 workshops, and opportunities to network with professionals at all levels of the workforce development system. Conference speakers and training address emerging workforce challenges as workforce professionals chart a new course for employment and job-training to keep Pennsylvania competitive in a global economy. The conference offers great value with relevant staff training and updates on a wide variety of timely and important subjects at a single, central location.

Registration

Advance registration for the annual conference is closed. Walk-in registrations, with payment, will be accepted on site beginning Wednesday, May 16.

The Poverty Simulation
Registration is closed for the simulation.  Pre-registration is required, and walk-ins will not be accepted as registration is at maximum capacity.

Cancellations
Refunds will no longer be provided for cancellations.

Hotel Information
To make hotel reservations at the conference rate of $166/night (single or double) plus tax, use the Hershey Lodge link or call 1-855-729-3108. Indicate that you are with the PA Workforce Development Association 2018 Annual Conference. PWDA’s room block was released on April 13, 2018.  Reservations will be accepted on a rate and space available basis.
