Job Opportunity: Training & Events Coordinator

PWDA is a go-to resource for workforce development professionals, industry partners, policymakers, and stakeholders. We are a non-profit member-based trade association that provides high-quality, customer-centered mission-oriented services, promoting opportunities for skill development, learning, and information-sharing amongst workforce development organizations and professionals. Our training and events foster a sense of value-add, strong networking, and fun that attendees can embed into their professional duties.

PWDA is seeking an experienced Training and Events Coordinator to oversee and execute high-quality, customer-centered training, events, and related services. Working in a small, non-profit environment, the selected candidate works under the supervision of the Executive Director to perform the following core functions:

  • Manage and execute PWDA training & event services, including the development, planning, coordination and oversight of conferences, symposiums, trainings, meetings, and similar activities.
  • Administer office operations and general administrative responsibilities that support PWDA operations(est. 10%, may vary)
