PWDA is seeking an Administrative Coordinator responsible for a wide variety of administration functions to ensure the smooth running of a high-paced, customer-focused environment. Working in a small, non-profit environment, the selected candidate works under the supervision of the Executive Director to perform the following main responsibilities:
- Support Association operations and the Executive Director with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Provide administrative and logistical support for PWDA Board of Directors, Committees and related meetings
- Act as the principal liaison with PWDA members and prospect members, supporting engagement, communications, and general customer services
