Our growing campus of Lincoln Technical Institute in Center City is seeking a leader who is able to motivate and encourage others to succeed.  Your goal is to develop our Career Services Representatives in the department.  In this position, we are seeking someone who has managed a Career Services department including budget responsibilities.  Bachelor's degree plus 2-3 years' experience as a Director of Career Services or equivalent is required.  You must have the ability to build and network with potential employers and have good public speaking and presentation skills.  Candidate must be flexible in working hours as this position required at least two nights per week and occasional Saturdays when needed.
